About the Role
EMPWR Solar is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Funding Specialist to lead the submissions and approvals of install deliverables tied to solar project financing. You’ll be the primary owner of M3/Permission to Operate funding submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time funding approvals for each project milestone. This role is central to driving cash flow and project success, ideal for someone who thrives on managing documentation, working cross-functionally, and tracking critical solar milestones in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Requirements
1–3 years experience in operations, documentation, or project funding (solar or clean energy experience strongly preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation with precision.
Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
A solutions-first mindset and commitment to timelines and follow-through.
Background or familiarity with funding and accounts receivable
